摘要
某检查杆在服役期间发生断裂。采用宏观观察、化学成分分析、力学性能测试、金相检验、扫描电镜及能谱分析等方法,对检查杆断裂的原因进行分析。结果表明:检查杆中存在原始裂纹,在使用过程中该处属于薄弱环节,容易造成应力集中;受到循环载荷后,检查杆发生疲劳断裂。
The check rod was broken during service. The reason for the fracture of the check rod was analyzed by means of macro observation, chemical composition analysis, mechanical property test, metallographic examination, scanning electron microscope and energy spectrum analysis. The results show that there was a original crack in the check rod, which was a weak link in the use process and was easy to cause stress concentration. Fatigue fracture of the check rod occurred after cyclic loading.
