摘要
文章构建一般均衡模型识别劳动力配置效率,利用ArcGIS分析工具、莫兰指数、Getis-Ord G_(i)^(*)统计模型、空间收敛模型等方法并结合2011-2018年全国流动人口动态监测调查数据探究城市劳动力配置效率的时空分异特征、城市层级特征、空间收敛性及其动态演进特征。结果表明:①城市劳动力配置效率表现为先上升后下降的倒“U”型趋势特征,但总体效率水平相比初期有较大改善。②城市劳动力配置效率的时空演化呈现出三重特征,即以省会城市为核心的城市群明显高于非城市群,东南沿海城市明显高于西北内陆城市,劳动力配置效率中高水平城市表现为先扩大后收缩的态势。③城市劳动力配置效率具有明显的层级特征,即按城市规模等级、行政等级逐级递减。④城市劳动力配置效率存在空间收敛性,即以不同的增长路径收敛至稳态水平,且政府财政支出、产业结构及环境规制等因素会促进劳动力配置效率收敛。③城市劳动力配置效率收敛速度会随着时间推移而逐步衰减,受各类因素的影响效应也随之呈现不同程度的变化。
This paper constructs a general equilibrium model to identify the efficiency of labor allocation efficiency,and explores its spatial and temporal differentiation characteristics,urban hierarchy characteristics,spatial convergence and dynamic evolution characteristics using ArcGIS,Moran index,Getis-Ord G_(i)^(*)model and spatial convergence model based on the data of national floating population dynamic monitoring survey from 2011 to 2018.The results show that:1)The efficiency of urban labor force allocation shows an inverted U-shape trend which is rising first and then falling,but the overall efficiency level is greatly improved compared with the initial stage.2)The temporal and spatial evolution of urban labor allocation efficiency shows triple characteristics.Firstly,the capital cities as the core of the urban agglomeration are significantly higher than the non-urban agglomeration.Secondly,the cities of the southeastern coast are significantly higher than the inland cities of the northwestern region.Thirdly,the high-level cities in labor allocation efficiency show the trend which is firstly expanding and then shrinking.3)Urban labor allocation efficiency has obvious hierarchical characteristics and gradually decreases according to the level of city scale,the administrative level.4)Urban labor allocation efficiency has spatial convergence,that is,it converges to the steady-state level with different growth paths.Government expenditure,industrial structure and environmental regulation will promote the convergence of labor allocation efficiency.5)The convergence rate of urban labor allocation efficiency will gradually decline over time,and the effects of various factors will also show varying degrees of change.
