摘要
目的:探讨树脂填充后全瓷贴面修复对上前牙缺损修复的有效性和美观性。方法:2017年1月—2021年6月,选取医院收治的上前牙缺损患者120例(患牙120颗),按照修复方案将其分为A组[60例(患牙60颗)]和B组[60例(患牙60颗)]。A组采用树脂修复,B组采用树脂填充后全瓷贴面修复,比较两组Ryge评分、红色美学指数(PES)评分、修复效果、患者满意度及不良反应发生率。结果:修复1年后,两组Ryge评分较修复前均降低、B组Ryge评分较A组更低(P<0.05);两组PES评分较修复前均升高、B组PES评分较A组更高(P<0.05);B组修复优良率及各项满意度评分较A组均更高、不良反应总发生率较A组更低(P<0.05)。结论:树脂填充后全瓷贴面修复能有效降低患者牙齿敏感性,提高牙齿美观性,修复效果良好,安全性佳,患者满意度较高。
Objective:To investigate the effectiveness and aesthetics of all-ceramic veneer restoration after resin filling in the restoration of upper anterior tooth defects.Methods:A total of 120 patients with upper anterior tooth defect(120 affected teeth)admitted to the hospital from January 2017 to June 2021 were selected.According to the restoration plan,they were divided into group A[60 cases(60 affected teeth)]and group B[60 cases(60 affected teeth)].The group A was repaired with resin,and the group B was repaired with all-ceramic veneer after resin filling.The Ryge score,pink esthetic score(PES),repair effect,patient satisfaction and adverse reaction rate were compared between the two groups.Results:One year after restoration,the Ryge scores in both groups were lower than those before restoration,and the Ryge scores in group B were lower than those in group A(P<0.05).The PES scores in both groups were higher than those before restoration,and the PES scores in group B were higher than those in group A(P<0.05).The excellent rate of restoration and various satisfaction scores in group B were higher than those in group A,and the total incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that in group A(P<0.05).Conclusion:All-ceramic veneer restoration after resin filling can effectively reduce the tooth sensitivity of patients and improve the aesthetics of teeth.The restoration effect and safety are good,and the patient satisfaction is high.
