摘要
城市公共绿地对居民身心健康、生态环境、经济文化活力等内容的良性发展具有重要意义,其更新建设纳入公共空间的优化,是城市更新中的重要内容之一。文章梳理国内外围绕和包含城市公共绿地社会效益开展的研究,归纳城市公共绿地社会效益的理论与内涵、机制与方法。结果表明:福祉理论为城市公共绿地社会效益研究提供内容维度和评估方法的基础;城市公共绿地社会效益总体可以分为身心健康、社会认同和地区发展3个方面,并以社会认同为主要介质。在此基础上,从城市更新的驱动支持、高效保障和可持续发展3个角度深化城市公共绿地社会效益研究,包括在地区发展和综合人口结构方向的机制研究,以及基于社会效益的公共绿地治理探索。
The importance of urban public green space to inhabitants’physical and mental health,as well as the regional natural environment,vitality,economy,and cultural development,makes its regeneration and creation a crucial aspect of urban redevelopment’s public space optimization.The article compares domestic and international studies on the social benefits of urban public green spaces,summarizes their theories and connotations,mechanisms and methods,and concludes that:1.the well-being theory provides content dimensions and evaluation methods for the study of the social benefits of urban public green spaces.2.the social benefits of urban public green spaces can be broken down into three categories:physical and mental health,social identity,and regional development,with social identity typically serving as the primary channel.On this basis,this study proposes advancing the mechanism of urban public green space social benefit research in the direction of regional development and integrated population structure,as well as exploring public green space governance based on social benefits from the three perspectives of urban renewal drive,guarantee,and sustainable development.
