摘要
为提升就业工作成效,各高职院校应该发挥大数据技术优势,构建了完善的就业信息系统。文章在分析当前高职就业信息系统现状的基础上,从数据缺少针对性、数据功能较为单一以及校企缺乏有效互动等方面分析高职就业信息系统的存在问题,并从设计数据采集模块、完善个性职位推荐模块、优化系统业务流程等方面,提出完善高职大学生就业信息系统的相关对策。
In order to improve the effectiveness of employment work, each higher vocational college should give full play to the advantages of big data technology and build a perfect employment information system. On the basis of analyzing the current situation of the higher vocational employment information system, this paper analyzes the problems of the higher vocational employment information system from the aspects of lack of data relevance, relatively single data function and lack of effective interaction between schools and enterprises,and proposes relevant countermeasures to improve the employment information system of higher vocational college students from the aspects of designing data collection module, improving personalized job recommendation module and optimizing system business process.
