案例教学法在药物制剂技术教学中的实践研究

摘要 目的 对比研究案例教学和传统教学模式在药物制剂技术课程中的教学效果。方法 在我院2020级药品生产专业2个班共64名同学,分别采用案例教学(研究组,n=34)和传统教学(对照组,n=30)两种模式,研究起止时间为2021年3月至2021年7月,以理论、实践技能成绩及调查问卷为指标对教学效果进行对比,采用独立样本t检验及秩和检验进行统计学分析。结果 研究组学生理论考试、实践操作考核成绩明显优于对照组(P<0.05),问卷调查显示,研究组有9项反映教学目标、内容、方法和效果的指标评价优于对照组(P<0.001)。结论 药物制剂技术课程采用案例教学法有助于学生自主学习及综合实践能力的提升,可提高教学效果。 Objective To compare the teaching effect of case teaching and traditional teaching mode in pharmaceutical preparation technology course. Methods A total of 64students were enrolled in 2 classes of drug production major of grade 2020 in our hospital. Two modes of case teaching(study group, n=34) and traditional teaching(control group,n=30) were adopted respectively. The research period is from March 2021 to July 2021, and the teaching effects are compared with theoretical and practical skills scores and questionnaires. Independent sample T test and Rank and inspection were used for statistical analysis. Results The academic and practical performance of the students in the study group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05). The questionnaire survey showed that the study group was better than the control group(P<0.001) in 9indexes reflecting the teaching objectives, contents, methods and effects. Conclusion Case teaching method can help students to study independently and improve their comprehensive practical ability in pharmaceutical technology course teaching, and improve the teaching effect.
