矿用隔爆兼本质安全型高压链式静止无功发生器在兖矿能源的应用

摘要 随着煤炭工业朝着大型化,自动化、智能化方向发展,煤矿在对电力需求增加的同时,对电网质量的要求也越来越高,与井下电网质量差矛盾凸显,电能质量的优劣直接影响到智能化矿井安全可靠稳定运行。本文介绍了新风光矿用隔爆兼本质安全型高压链式静止无功发生器在煤矿井下电网上的应用情况,应用结果表明,新风光该装置调节速度快,补偿电网中无功以及消除谐波,提高了功率因数,从而实现节能降耗。 With the developm ent of the coal industry towards large-scale,automati on and in tellig en ce,while the dema nd for power in coal mines is in creasing,the requireme nts for power grid quality are also getti ng higher and higher.The contradiction with the poor quality of underground power grid is highlighted.The quality of power directly affects the safe,reliable and stable operation of inteHigent mines.This paper introduces the application of Xinfeng flameproof and intri nsically safe high-voltage chain static reactive power gen era tor in coal mine un derground power grid.The applicati on results show that Xinfeng device has fast adjustment speed,compensates reactive power in power grid and eliminates harmonic,improves power factor,thus realizing energy saving and consumption reduction.
