摘要
奶牛乳房炎的病因为邪气(风邪、热邪和湿邪)和继发性因素(痰邪和瘀邪),病机包括气滞、热盛、湿阻、痰凝、血瘀、正虚。目前,中药治疗乳房炎的方剂大部分属于清热解毒、活血化瘀和散结通经性质,采用中药清热通瘀法,对治疗临床型乳房炎取得了一定成效。通过研究古代中医典籍中关于乳房炎病因病机的论述,发现牛乳微寒的特性,认为乳房炎还具有寒凝的病机,宜用温阳通瘀法进行治疗。通过实践验证,温阳通瘀法用于中兽药治疗奶牛乳房炎效果良好,拓宽了治疗奶牛乳房炎的思路。
The dairy cow mastitis is caused by external evil( wind evil,heat evil and dampness evil) and secondary cause( phlegm evil and blood stasis evil),and the pathogenesis includes Qi stagnation,heat flood,dampness resis-tance,spittoon coagulation,blood stasis,body deficiency. At present,most of the traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions for treating mastitis include clearing heat and detoxifying,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,dispersing knot and channelling menstruation,and the traditional Chinese medicine clearing heat and removing blood stasis method,which has achieved certain results for the control of clinical mastitis. By studying the discussion on the etiology and pathogenesis of mastitis in ancient Chinese medicine books,we found the characteristics of mild cold in milk,the pathogenesis of mastitis and cold coagulation,as well as the method of warming Yang and removing blood stasis in the treatment of mastitis. The method of warming Yang and removing blood stasis is a new idea of treating cow mastitis with Chinese veterinary medicine.
