时效时间对HC180BD+Z烘烤硬化钢组织和性能的影响 被引量:4

摘要 利用多功能金相显微镜、材料万能试验机、场发射扫描电子显微镜和电子背散射仪以及透射电镜对烘烤硬化钢HC180BD+Z在自然时效中金相组织、烘烤硬化性能、织构和第二相粒子进行了研究。结果表明,经过3个月、6个月、9个月、12个月自然时效期,HC180BD+Z钢平均晶粒尺寸逐渐增大,且晶粒尺寸的增大使{111}有利织构减少;在时效过程中存在MnS、CuS、AlN、Ti(C、N)、NbC等第二相粒子析出,且Ti(C、N)、NbC总是以伴随析出的形式出现,在六个月时效后逐渐减少;且该钢种在6个月时效期内拥有优异的烘烤硬化性能。 The metallographic structure,bake-hardening properties,texture and second phase particles of bake-hardening steel HC180BD + Z during natural aging were studied by multifunctional metallographic microscope,material universal testing machine,field emission scanning electron microscope,electron backscatterer and transmission electron microscope.The results show that after 3 months,6 months,9 months and 12 months of natural aging period,the average grain size of HC180BD+Z steel gradually increases,and the increase of grain size reduces the {111} favorable texture.In the aging process,there are MnS,CuS,AlN,Ti(C,N),NbC and other second-phase particles precipitation,and Ti(C,N)and NbC always appear in the form of accompanying precipitation,which gradually decreases after six months of aging.And the grade has excellent bake-hardening properties within the 6-month aging period.
