摘要
研究旨在利用高通量芯片数据对温氏集团某核心场3334头美系杜洛克猪的生长性状和体尺性状进行遗传参数估计,以期为杜洛克猪的生长性状和体尺性状遗传评估和改良提供参考。利用GCTA软件的REML方法对上述杜洛克种猪个体的50 k SNP芯片数据和达100kg体重日龄(AGE)、达100kg日增重(ADG)、达100kg体重背膘厚度(BF)、达100 kg瘦肉率(LMP)、体长(BL)、体高(BH)、管围(CC)、腹围(AC)、胸围(CHC)和腰围(WAC)性状的表型值进行分析,估计各性状的遗传力和性状间的遗传相关,固定效应包括场、年、季节和性别。结果表明:AGE、ADG、BF、LMP、BL、BH、CC、CHC、AC和WAC的遗传力分别为0.40、0.41、0.31、0.39、0.16、0.17、0.16、0.05、0.03和0.14。此外,各性状间的遗传相关变化范围介于-0.98~0.99,部分性状间呈强相关性,可对美系杜洛克种猪的相关性状进行协同选择,进而加快目标性状的遗传改良进展。
In this study,3334 American duroc pigs of Wens Foodstuff Group were used to estimate genetic parameters of growth traits and body traits by high-throughput chip data to provide reference for genetic evaluation and improvement of those traits.Using the REML method of GCTA software,50K SNP chip data and age achieving 100 kg(AGE),average weight gain at 100 kg(ADG),backfat thickness at 100 kg(BF),lean meat percentage at 100 kg(LMP),body length(BL),body height(BH),cannon bone circumference(CC),abdominal circumference(AC),chest circumference(CHC)and waist circumference(WAC)were analyzed to estimate the heritability and genetic correlation,which fixed effects include fields,years,seasons and sex.The results showed that the heritability of AGE,ADG,BF,LMP,BL,BH,CC,CHC,AC and WAC were 0.40,0.41,0.31,0.39,0.16,0.17,0.16,0.05,0.03 and 0.14,respectively.In addition,the genetic correlation between the traits ranged from-0.98 to 0.99,and some traits showed extremely strong correlations.Above traits of the American Duroc breeding pigs could be selected cooperatively to accelerate the genetic improvement of the target traits.
