摘要
目的 探讨CYFRA21-1及CA125指标在肺癌患者卡铂联合培美曲塞治疗前后的变化。方法 选取我院于2016年10月至2022年10月时间段内收治的60例肺癌患者作为研究对象,将其按照随机分组法分为对照组(30例,使用卡铂联合紫杉醇治疗),观察组(30例,使用卡铂联合培美曲塞治疗)。对两组治疗效果进行对比,并对其治疗前后CYFRA21-1及CA125指标变化进行分析。结果 观察组30例患者采用卡铂联合培美曲塞治疗后,其免疫功能指标,症状评分,CEA、CYFRA21-1、CA125指标,治疗效果,生活质量评分、不良反应发生率均优于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 对肺癌患者采用卡铂联合培美曲塞治疗,可有效改善其免疫功能,缓解其相关症状,调节其肿瘤标志物水平,提升其治疗效果,提高其生活质量,减少不良反应。
Objective To investigate the changes of CYFRA21-1 and CA125 in patients with lung cancer before and after treatment with carboplatin combined with pemetrexed. Methods Sixty patients with lung cancer admitted in our hospital from October 2016 to October 2022 were selected as the research objects, and they were randomly divided into the control group(30 patients, treated with carboplatin combined with paclitaxel) and the observation group(30 patients, treated with carboplatin combined with pemetrexed). The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared, and the changes of CYFRA21-1 and CA125 indexes before and after treatment were analyzed. Results Thirty patients in the observation group were treated with carboplatin combined with pemetrexed, and their immune function indicators, symptom scores, CEA, CYFRA21-1, CA125 indicators,treatment effects, quality of life scores, and adverse reaction rates were better than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The combination of carboplatin and pemetrexed in the treatment of lung cancer patients can effectively improve their immune function, alleviate their related symptoms,regulate their cancer marker indicators, improve their therapeutic effect, improve their quality of life, and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions.
