摘要
研究了不同掺量及不同粘度的羟丙基甲基纤维素(HPMC)对干混砂浆工作性能和力学性能的影响规律,并研究了HPMC对水泥水化进程和水化产物的影响,最终分析了HPMC对水泥浆体的作用机理。结果表明:HPMC具有保水增稠能力,当掺量高于0.6%时,砂浆流动度降低;当掺量为0.4%时,砂浆保水率可达100%;HPMC大幅降低强度,降幅高达75%;HPMC掺量越大、粘度越低对水泥水化的延迟效果越明显;HPMC不改变水泥水化生成物种类,主要晶体产物依然为Ca(OH)_(2)。
It was studied the effect of different dosage and viscosity of hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose(HPMC)on the working and mechanical properties of dry mixed mortar,and studied the effect of HPMC on cement hydration process and hydration products,and finally analyzed the action mechanism of HPMC on cement slurry Results showed:HPMC has water retention and thickening ability,when the content is higher than 0.6%,mortar fluidity decreases;when the content is 0.4%,the water retention rate of mortar can reach 100%.HPMC greatly reduces the intensity,down as much as 75%;the larger the HPMC content is and the lower the viscosity is,the more obvious the delay effect on cement hydration is.HPMC does not change the type of cement hydration products,the main crystal product is still calcium hydroxide.
