芬顿-混凝法处理餐厨垃圾废水试验研究 被引量:4

摘要 为了探讨芬顿-混凝法对餐厨垃圾废水的处理效果,系统研究了pH值、反应时间、FeSO_(4)、H_(2)O_(2)和复合氧化剂B的投加量对餐厨垃圾废水中有机污染物的去除规律,试验结果显示:保持pH和反应时间分别为3~4和90 min,质量比FeSO_(4)∶H_(2)O_(2)=4∶1,FeSO_(4)、H_(2)O_(2)和复合氧化剂B的投加量分别为0.26 L(9.29 mL/L)、0.04 L(1.14 mL/L)和0.02 L(0.06 mL/L)时,此时COD去除率可达到68%,出水水质满足后续处理工艺的设计要求。同时使用Design Expert软件,综合分析处理餐厨垃圾废水时温度、pH、七水硫酸亚铁、双氧水及复合氧化剂B投加量5种变量最适值,系统最优操作条件为温度30.11℃、pH 2.87、七水硫酸亚铁投加量11 mL/L、双氧水投加3.59 mL/L、复合氧化剂B投加量2 mL/L,此时COD去除率理论上最高,可达到64.07%,通过中试试验与Design Expert软件模拟分析,得出最佳运行参数,可为餐厨废水现场运营提供指导。 In order to explore the treatment effect of Fenton coagulation method on kitchen wastewater,the removal law of organic pollutants in kitchen waste water was systematically studied by pH value,reaction time,the dosage of FeSO_(4),H_(2)O_(2)and composite oxidant B.the test results showed that when the pH and reaction time were kept at 3~4 and 90 minutes respectively,the mass ratio of FeSO_(4)∶H_(2)O_(2)=4∶1,and the dosage of FeSO_(4),H_(2)O_(2)and composite oxidant B were 0.26 L,0.04 L and 0.02 L respectively,At this time,the COD removal rate can reach 68%,and the effluent quality can meet the design requirements of the subsequent treatment process.At the same time,design expert software is used to comprehensively analyze the optimal values of five variables:temperature,pH,ferrous sulfate heptahydrate,hydrogen peroxide and the dosage of composite oxidant B.the optimal operating conditions of the system are temperature 30.11℃,pH 2.87,FeSO_(4)11 mL/L,H_(2)O_(2)3.59 ml/L,the dosage of composite oxidant B 2 mL/L.at this time,the COD removal rate is the highest in theory,which can reach 64.07%,through the pilot test and the simulation analysis of design expert software,the best operating parameters are obtained,which can provide guidance for the on-site operation of kitchen wastewater.
