摘要
研究了阴离子聚丙烯酰胺(APAM)分子量(300万、800万、1200万和1800万)及掺量(0,0.015%,0.03%和0.05%)对硅酸盐水泥流动度、力学性能、水化产物和微观结构的影响。试验结果表明,APAM分子量越大、掺量越高,砂浆流动度越低;APAM分子量较小、掺量较低时,对砂浆力学性能有一定提升作用,分子量较大、掺量较高时,则对砂浆力学性能起负面作用。APAM水解与水泥中的Ca2+反应生成胶凝物质,包裹水泥水化产物,影响水泥石微观结构。柠檬酸钠可作为抗絮凝剂降低APAM对硅酸盐水泥流动度的不利影响。
In this paper,the molecular weight(3 million,8 million,12 million and 18 million)and content(0,0.015%,0.03%and 0.05%)of anionic polyacrylamide(APAM)are studied on the fluidity,mechanical properties,hydration products and microstructure of Portland cement.The experimental results show that the higher the molecular weight,the higher content of APAM,and the lower the fluidity of mortar.When the molecular weight and content of APAM are small,the mechanical properties of mortar are improved slightly.When the molecular weight and content are high,the mechanical properties of mortar are reduced slightly.The hydrolysis of APAM reacts with Ca2+in cement to form cementitious substances,which wrap the cement hydration products and affect the microstructure of cement paste.Sodium citrate can be used as an anti-flocculant to reduce the adverse effect of APAM on the fluidity of Portland cement.
