摘要
装配式桥梁是桥梁与先进制造业深度融合的产物,预制构件的质量是影响装配式桥梁结构性能的关键因素,因此亟需一种造价低、可靠性高、能实时监测桥梁内部结构变化的监测手段。基于BOTDA的分布式光纤监测技术具有造价低、精度高、测点多、可靠性强、耐腐蚀、测量范围广且可长距离监测等优点,适用于装配式桥梁预制构件的监测。依托德州至上饶高速公路新亭特大桥建设工程,预埋分布式光纤对预制π型组合梁混凝土固化过程进行监测,结果显示分布式光纤能够精确地监测预制梁混凝土固化过程中的温度、应力应变情况,并可预留预制梁运输、安装、服役过程中的安全监测条件,证明了基于BOTDA技术在装配式桥梁全过程监测的可行性与优越性。
Fabricated bridges are the product of the in-depth integration of bridges and advanced manufacturing industries. The quality of prefabricated components is a key factor affecting the structural performance of prefabricated bridges. Therefore, a monitoring method with low cost, high reliability and real-time monitoring of bridge internal structure changes is urgently needed. The distributed optical fiber monitoring technology based on BOTDA has the advantages of low cost, high accuracy, multiple measuring points, strong reliability, corrosion resistance, wide measurement range and long-distance monitoring, which is suitable for monitoring the components of prefabricated bridges. In this paper, depending on the construction project of Xinting Major Bridge of Dezhou to Shangrao Expressway, the embedded distributed optical fiber is used to monitor the curing process of the prefabricated π-shaped composite beam concrete. The results show that the distributed optical fiber can accurately monitor the temperature, stress and strain of the prefabricated beam concrete during the curing process, and can reserve the safety monitoring conditions during the transportation, installation and service of the prefabricated beam, therefore proves the feasibility and superiority of the whole process monitoring of prefabricated bridges based on BOTDA technology.
