摘要
目的探讨氯沙坦钾片联合黄葵胶囊和贝前列素钠片减少腹膜透析(PD)患者腹透液中蛋白丢失的疗效。方法回顾性分析2018年8月至2021年1月联勤保障部队第908医院鹰潭医疗区腹膜透析中心收治的采用持续非卧床腹膜透析方案稳定3个月以上80例患者的临床资料,通过口服氯沙坦钾片、黄葵胶囊、贝前列素钠片治疗,采用前后自身对照的方法评估此类药物对患者透析液蛋白含量的影响。结果腹膜透析患者采用上述药物前后3个月后,24 h腹透液蛋白总量、24 h尿蛋白定量及微量蛋白低于治疗前,血清Alb高于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前后的超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、尿素清除指数(KT/V)、血红蛋白、铁蛋白、转铁蛋白比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论氯沙坦钾片联合黄葵胶囊和贝前列素钠片可显著减少腹膜透析患者腹透液中蛋白丢失,因此在改善腹膜透析患者营养丢失综合征具有较好的应用前景。
Objective To investigate the effect of Losartan Potassium Tablets combined with Huangkui Capsules and Beprost Sodium Tablets on reducing protein loss in peritoneal dialysate in patients undergoing peritoneal dialysis(PD).Methods The clinical data of 80 patients treated with continuous ambulaty-peritoneal dialysis for more than 3 months in Yingtan Medical District,908th Hospital,PLA Joint Logistics Support Force from August 2018 to January 2021 were retrospectively analyzed.The patients were treated with Losartan Potassium Tablets,Huangkui Capsules and Beprost Sodium Tablets by oral administration.The effect of these drugs on dialysate protein content was evaluated by self-control before and after.Results After 3 months before and after the treatment,the total amount of 24 h peritoneal dialysis fluid protein,24 h urinary protein quantity and microprotein were lower than before treatment,and serum Alb was higher than before treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in hyper sensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),urea clearance index(KT/V),hemoglobin,ferritin and transferrin before and after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion Losartan Potassium Tablets combined with Huangkui Capsules and Beprost Sodium Tablets can significantly reduce the protein loss in peritoneal dialysis patients,so it has a good application prospect in improving the nutritional loss syndrome in peritoneal dialysis patients.
