摘要
临床专业研究生已成为一个专业发展的中坚力量,继承好、发扬好中医药文化知识的同时,对现代的科学技术、研究方法的转化与创新,是时代赋予研究生新的使命,尤其在临床医学硕士专业学位研究生并轨住院医师规范化培训培养模式下,临床与科研两手都要抓,两手都要硬。如何在有效的培养周期内,结合学生特点、专业特点完成规定培养任务的同时挖掘、突出学生“个性”及特长,培养出能够适应时代特色的、临床和科研相结合的中医临床高层次人才,值得教育部、教育机构、研究生管理机构、研究生导师深入思考和探索。文章结合自身培养学生的经验以及调研、访谈的一些心得,从做好职业规划、发挥“导师制”培养模式下导师的主导作用、注重心理引导、注重突出中医特色和有度、有序管理,尊重学科发展规划5个方面,就“住院医师规范化培训模式下中医临床专业型硕士研究生培养思考”作一概述,以期为后疫情环境下中医临床专业型研究生的培养提供一些建议和思考。
Clinical graduate students have become the backbone of professional development.While inheriting and carrying forward the cultural knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine,the transformation and innovation of modern science and technology and research methods are the new missions entrusted to graduate students by the times.Especially in the standardized training mode of clinical medical master degree postgraduates and residents,both clinical and scientific research should be grasped and both aspects should be emphasized.How to excavate and highlight the“personality”and specialty of students while completing the prescribed training tasks in an effective training period,how to cultivate high-level TCM clinical talents who can adapt to the characteristics of the times and how to combine clinical and scientific research are worthy of deep thinking and exploration by the Ministry of Education,educational institutions,graduate management institutions and graduate supervisors.Based on the own experience in students training,research and interviews,this paper focuses on five aspects,including career planning,giving full play to the leading role of tutors under the“tutorial system”training mode,paying attention to psychological guidance,highlighting the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine and its proper and orderly management,and respecting the development planning of disciplines.In this paper,“thoughts on the training of TCM clinical professional postgraduates under the model of resident standardized training”is summarized to provide some suggestions and thoughts for the training of TCM clinical professional postgraduates under the post-epidemic environment.
