摘要
目的:探讨执业药师在公众自我保健中的作用。方法:通过对相关文献资料进行梳理,分析执业药师在公众自我保健中的作用、存在的障碍,探讨完善路径。结果:执业药师为公众自我保健提供专业指导,有利于促进公众提高自我照护的能力,节约医疗保健成本,促进全民健康目标的实现。但目前存在执业药师的执业能力有待提升,工作内容和薪酬模式缺乏衔接,公众健康素养缺乏、自我保健知识不足等问题。结论:执业药师可强化继续教育,提升药学服务能力;加强对公众的健康教育,提高公众健康素养,指导公众正确开展自我保健。
Objective:To discuss the role of licensed pharmacists in public self-care.Methods:By sorting out the relevant data and literature,the role of licensed pharmacists in public self-care,and the existing obstacles are analyzed,and the improvement path is discussed.Results:The professional guidance provided by licensed pharmacists for self-care of the public is conducive to promoting the improvement of public′s ability of self-care,saving medical care costs,and promoting the realization of the goal of public health.However,there are problems such as the professional ability of licensed pharmacists remain to be improved,the lack of connection between work content and salary model,the lack of health literacy,and self-care knowledge of the public.Conclusion:Licensed pharmacists should strengthen continuing education and improve pharmaceutical service ability;Strengthen health education for the public,improve public health literacy,and guide the public to carry out self-care correctly.
