摘要
文化建设对于医院医护人员的核心价值体系以及软实力的提升具有十分重要的作用,是目前推动医院可持续发展的必经之路。党支部实施文化建设的主要作用在于构建良好、规范的核心价值观,不断凝聚积极的力量促进医院能够健康可持续发展。支部文化的不断建设是为了确保党建思想以及业务能够得到更加有效的稽核,并且监督其将工作落实在实处。本研究将从医院党建引领文化建设方面进行探讨,党建工作引领医院文化建设工作,文化建设推动医院逐步建立以患者为中心、注重医疗质量安全根植于医院服务理念的特色价值取向和行为标准,助力医院实现高质量发展。
Cultural construction plays a very important role in enhancing the core value system and soft power of hospital medical and nursing staff,and is a necessary path to promote the sustainable development of hospitals at present.The main role of cultural construction implemented by the party branch is to build good and standardized core values and continuously gather positive forces to promote the healthy and sustainable development of the hospital.The continuous construction of the branch culture is to ensure that party building ideas as well as business can be more effectively audited and supervised to put its work into practice.In this paper,we will discuss the cultural construction led by the Party building in hospitals,the Party building work leads the cultural construction work in hospitals,and the cultural construction promotes hospitals to gradually establish the characteristic value orientation and behavior standards that are patient-centered and focus on medical quality and safety rooted in the hospital service concept,helping hospitals to achieve high-quality development.
