摘要
目的:探究扶正补土针灸法与任务导向性康复训练联合干预在脑梗死偏瘫患者中的疗效。方法:回顾性分析阜宁县人民医院2019年2月—2022年2月收治的95例脑梗死偏瘫患者的临床资料,根据干预方法的不同将其分为对照组(48例)和研究组(47例),对照组采取任务导向性康复训练干预,研究组在对照组基础上增加扶正补土针灸法干预。比较两组的康复效果、神经功能、肢体功能、运动能力及生活质量改善情况。结果:研究组康复总有效率明显高于于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前,两组神经功能缺损评分(NIHSS)、Fugl-Meyer运动功能评定量表(FMA)评分、Berg平衡量表(BBS)评分、改良Barthel指数评定量表(MBI)评分和6 min步行距离比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预后,两组NIHSS评分低于干预前,且研究组明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,两组的FMA评分、BBS评分、MBI评分高于干预前,且研究组明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,两组6 min步行距离长于干预前,且研究组明显长于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:脑梗死偏瘫患者应用扶正补土针灸法与任务导向性康复训练联合干预可明显提升康复效果,改善患者神经功能、肢体功能和运动能力,同时提高生活质量,临床应用效果较好。
Objective: To explore the therapeutic effect of Fuzheng Butu acupuncture combined with task directed rehabilitation training on hemiplegia patients with cerebral infarction. Method: The clinical data of 95 patients with cerebral infarction and hemiplegia admitted to Funing County People’s Hospital from February 2019 to February 2022 were retrospectively analyzed. They were divided into control group(48 cases) and study group(47 cases) according to different intervention methods. The control group took task directed rehabilitation training intervention, and the study group added Fuzheng Butu acupuncture intervention based on the control group. The rehabilitation effect, neurological function, limb function, motor ability and quality of life of the two groups were compared. Result: The total effective rate of rehabilitation in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Before intervention, there were no statistically significant differences between the two groups in the scores of National Institute of Health stroke scale(NIHSS), Fugl-Meyer motor function assessment scale(FMA), Berg balance scale(BBS), modified Barthel index assessment scale(MBI) and 6 min walking distance(P>0.05). After the intervention, the NIHSS scores of the two groups were lower than those before the intervention, and the NIHSS scores in the study group was significantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After the intervention, the FMA score, BBS score and MBI score of the two groups were higher than those before the intervention, and the scores in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). After the intervention, the 6-minute walking distance of the two groups were longer than those before the intervention, and the study group was significantly longer than the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: The combined intervention of the Fuzheng Butu acupuncture and task directed rehabilitation training for hemiplegic patients with cerebral infarction can significantly improve the rehabilitation effect, improve the neurological function, limb function and motor ability of the patients, and improve the quality of life at the same time, the clinical application effect is good.
