摘要
建筑工程竣工测绘需要测定、采集并获取相关建筑物竣工后的性质、位置和大小等数据,并且相关建设单位需要在竣工验收6个月内按照制度规定向主管部门报送资料,实际竣工测绘结果直接影响到建筑工程的验收审核。在开展竣工测绘过程中需要做好技术控制,完善工作内容,规范工作流程,充分发挥竣工测绘在规划验收中的积极作用。该文主要从竣工测绘在规划验收中发挥的重要作用入手,明确竣工测绘中的技术控制要点,进而探讨竣工测绘在规划验收中的有效应用策略。
Construction project completion surveying and mapping needs to determine, collect and obtain the property, location,size and other data after the completion of the relevant building, and the relevant construction units need to submit materials to the competent authorities in accordance with the regulations within six months of completion acceptance, the actual completion of surveying and mapping results directly affect the construction project acceptance review. In the process of carrying out completion surveying and mapping, it is necessary to do a good job in technical control, improve the work content, standardize the work flow,and give full play to the positive role of completion surveying and mapping in planning and acceptance. This paper mainly introduces the important role of completion surveying and mapping in planning and acceptance, defines the key points of technical control in completion surveying and mapping, and then discusses the effective application strategy of completion surveying and mapping in planning and acceptance.
