摘要
为提高矿井瓦斯利用率,通过采用高负压抽采瓦斯与低负压抽采瓦斯掺混利用技术,实现资源高效节约利用。以山西A矿瓦斯抽放泵站为例,分析了高负压抽采瓦斯与低负压抽采瓦斯掺混利用对抽采系统、抽采设备及外输能力的影响。工程实现了供瓦斯发电厂的混量由27000m3/h增加到30800m3/h,提高了瓦斯利用率。
For improving the use ratio of mine gas,the technology of mixing and utilization of high negative pressure extracion gas and low negative pressure extraction gas was adopted to achieve efficient and economical utilization of resources.Taking the gas drainage pump station of Shanxi A Mine as an example,this paper analyzed the influence of the mixing and utilization of high negative pressure extracion gas and low negative pressure extracion gas on the drainage system,drainage equipment and export capacity.The project realized that the mixing capacity of the gas supply power plant increased from 27000 m~3/h to 30800 m~3/h,improving the gas utilization rate.
