立井提升钢丝绳智能在线识别控制系统

摘要 立井提升钢丝绳智能在线识别控制系统采用了国内最先进的数字化视频技术、AI高速图像智能识别技术,安装AI高频智能识别摄像仪,通过AI算法来监视和识别提升机首尾绳隐患,在不减速、不停机的情况下实时监视和识别钢丝绳的状态,对钢丝绳断丝、直径变化、捻距变化、表面磨损、锈蚀等异常状态进行照片抓拍,并通过轴编码器精准定位钢丝绳位置,并且能第一时间发出警报,自动生成检测报告,为煤矿针对性检修以及评估钢丝绳使用寿命提供了可靠的参考依据,大大提高煤矿安全监管、安全生产水平,减少安全事故的发生,缩短人员检修时间,降低人员工作强度,为提升运输系统保驾护航。 The intelligent online identification and control system of vertical shaft lifting wire rope uses the most advanced digital video technology and AI high-speed image intelligent recognition technology,installs AI high frequency intelligent recognition camera,monitors and identifies the elevator head and tail rope hidden trouble through AI algorithm,monitors and identifies the situation of wire rope state in real time without slowing down,without stopping,captures the abnormal state of breakage,diameter change,lay distance change,surface wear,rust and other abnormal state of the wire rope,uses the shaft encoder to accurately locate the position of the wire rope,can send the alarm in the first time and automatically generate the detection report,which provides a reliable reference for the targeted maintenance in coal mines and the evaluation of the service life of wire rope,greatly improving coal mine safety supervision and production safety level,reduce the occurrence of safety accidents,shorten personnel overhaul time and reduce personnel work intensity,in order to protect the lifting transport system.
