摘要
选用水热敏感性实验模拟高温动水冲刷环境,评价了钢渣沥青混合料的水热敏感性。通过动态模量实验、三轴重复荷载蠕变实验、间接拉伸疲劳实验研究了高温动压水冲刷作用对钢渣沥青混合料的力学性能、蠕变性能和疲劳性能的影响。构建了高温动水冲刷作用前后3种钢渣沥青混合料的动态模量主曲线、永久变形粘弹性力学模型和应力疲劳方程。结果表明,高温动水冲刷作用后,钢渣沥青混合料的动态模量、疲劳寿命下降,永久变形增大。钢渣沥青混合料的动态模量主曲线、永久变形粘弹性力学模型和应力疲劳方程拟合效果良好。
The moisture induced stress test is used to simulate the high-temperature dynamic water scouring environment to evaluate the hydrothermal sensitivity of steel slag asphalt mixture.Through dynamic modulus test,triaxial repeated load creep test and indirect tensile fatigue test,the effects of high temperature dynamic water scouring on the mechanical properties,creep properties and fatigue properties of steel slag asphalt mixture are studied.The dynamic modulus master curve,permanent deformation viscoelastic mechanical model and stress fatigue equation of three kinds of steel slag steel slag asphalt mixture before and after high temperature dynamic water scouring are constructed.The results show that after high temperature dynamic water scouring,the dynamic modulus and fatigue life of steel slag asphalt mixture decrease,and the permanent deformation increases.The dynamic modulus master curve,permanent deformation viscoelastic model and stress fatigue equation of steel slag asphalt mixture are well fitted.
