摘要 总结东南亚、南非等地区的电力情况以及燃料油船的应用情况,结合液化天然气(Liquefied Natural Gas, LNG)发电船的优点,分析LNG发电船的应用前景。从燃气发电、LNG气化、电气系统、LNG储存四大模块对LNG发电船初步方案进行研究。燃气发电模块采用2套单轴燃气—蒸汽联合循环机组、海水直流冷却的方案,发电功率约216 MW;创新性地将燃气发电模块的冷却水用作LNG气化模块的热源,减小了气化器的规模和投资,节约了海水用量和能耗,提高了能源综合利用效率,并验证了LNG气化模块常温海水启动供给单套燃气发电机组启动的路径;电气系统模块提供向岸电供电、向其他船舶供电、发电自用等多种模式自由组合;比较不同类型的LNG船液货舱,推荐选用薄膜型液货舱。通过燃气发电、LNG气化、电气系统、LNG储存四大模块的案例计算,形成了LNG发电船一体化初步解决方案。 This research summarizes the situation of electrical power in Southeast Asia and other regions as well as the application of fuel oil tankers, and meanwhile analyzes the application prospects of LNG power generation vessels by combining the advantages of LNG power generation vessels. The preliminary scheme of LNG power generation vessel is studied from four main modules: gas-fired power generation, LNG gasification, electrical system and LNG storage. The gas-fired power generation module adopts the scheme of two sets of single shaft gas-steam combined cycle unit and direct cooling using seawater, with total power generation capacity of about 216 MW. The innovative use of cooling water of the gas-fired power module as the heat source of the LNG gasification module reduces the scale and capital costs of the gasifier, saves seawater usage and energy consumption, upgrades the efficiency of overall energy utilization. The start-up path of natural gas supplied by the gasification module starting with normal temperature seawater to the start of a set of gas steam combined cycle unit is verified. The electrical system provides unlimited combination of various modes such as power supply to shore power system, power supply to other vessels and power generation for self-consumption. Comparing different types of LNG ship liquid cargo tanks, the membrane type liquid cargo tank is recommended. Through the case study calculation of four major system modules, an integrated solution for LNG power generation vessel is formulated.
