三种典型同心筒热发射流场及载荷特性对比研究

摘要 针对3种同心筒系统发射过程的流场与载荷特性的评估问题,基于N-S方程及压力基耦合格式,结合域动分层动网格技术,进行了二维轴对称流场的非定常数值计算,分析了各方案发射过程中流动及导弹载荷特性。结果表明:和传统发射方案相比,本文中的中段导流同心筒减弱了发射初期燃气流的“引射效应”,规避了发射后期高温旁泄流的“倒吸效应”,改善了导弹热环境,增大了导弹加速度,缩短了出筒时间,提高了出筒速度,整体上提升了同心筒发射技战术指标。 Based on the N-S governing equations and pressure based coupled solution scheme,combined with domain dynamic mesh technology,this paper numerically simulates the axisymmetric flow fields of three shapes of concentric canister launchers(CCL).Both the flow field and missile load characteristics of different structure forms are analyzed.The comparison of the results shows that,compared with the traditional optimized CCL,the new middle diversion concentric canister launcher weakens the“ejection effect”of gas flow in the early stage of launch,and avoids the“back suction effect”of the high temperature gas at the cylinder mouth in the later stage of launch.This improves the missile thermal environment,increases the acceleration of the missile,shortens the exit time and improves the exit speed.The overall technical and tactical indicators of the concentric canister have been improved.
