摘要
目的分析阴道用乳杆菌活菌胶囊在绝经生殖泌尿综合征患者临床治疗中,对患者阴道酸碱度、菌群状态与复发率的影响。方法将120例绝经生殖泌尿综合征患者根据治疗方法分为观察组与对照组,观察组患者采用阴道用乳杆菌活菌胶囊联合普罗雌烯阴道胶丸进行治疗,对照组患者采用普罗雌烯阴道胶丸进行治疗,对两组患者阴道酸碱度、菌群状态与复发率进行对比。结果治疗后,观察组患者的阴道酸碱度恢复情况优于对照组,乳酸杆菌群水平高于对照组,治疗有效率高于对照组,病情复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论阴道用乳杆菌活菌胶囊在绝经生殖泌尿综合征的临床治疗中,有利于改善阴道的酸碱水平与菌群变化情况,同时具有良好的临床应用效果表现,可有效降低患者病情的复发风险。
Objective To analyze the effect of live lactobacillus capsule for vaginal use on vaginal pH,flora status and recurrence rate in the clinical treatment of genitourinary syndrome of menopause.Methods 120 patients with genitourinary syndrome of menopause according to treatment can be divided into experimental group and control group,experimental group were treated by using live lactobacillus capsule for vaginal use combined ordinary female vagina capsule treatment,control group were treated by ordinary female vagina capsule treatment,state of two groups of patients with vaginal ph,flora and recurrence rate were compared.Results After treatment,the recovery of vaginal PH value of the experimental group was better than that of the control group,the level of Lactobacillus group was higher than that of the control group,and the treatment effective rate of the patients was higher than that of the control group,while the recurrence rate of the disease was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical treatment of genitourinary syndrome of menopause live lactobacillus capsule for vaginal use is beneficial to improve the vaginal acid-base level and bacterial flora changes,and has good clinical application effect,which can effectively reduce the risk of disease recurrence.
