摘要
结合可持续发展和绿色制造,针对冷链物流运输车续航里程短、车身质量大、需要配置额外的制冷装置等缺点,分析了液氮物流车的现状,提出液氮增程器与冷链物流运输车的结合,介绍了液氮增程器的基本原理和主要用途,并对结合后的纯电动冷链车进行了优缺点的分析,详细介绍了其性能特点,根据国内冷链车市场预测,分析了冷链物流运输车的发展情况,提出推广液氮增程器冷链运输车不失为一种理想的方案。
Combined with sustainable development and green manufacturing,aiming at the disadvantages of cold chain transport vehicles such as short driving range,large vehicle weight,and the need for additional refrigeration devices,the combination of liquid nitrogen power range extender and pure electric cold chain transport vehicle is introduced,which has many advantages,such as increasing the driving range of the transport vehicle,reducing the weight of the whole vehicle and eliminating the need for refrigeration device.With the progress of science and technology,liquid nitrogen dynamic range extender has broad application prospects in the field of cold chain transportation.
