摘要
城乡统筹发展的目标大大促进了农村民生工程质量的提升,饮水问题作为人类赖以生存的基础性保障,从而使引水工程的建设极大地提高了农村居民的生活质量,因此有必要对农村饮水工程做好充足的后备保障工作。本文通过调查农村饮水工程施工及运行管理的现状情况,从中总结并发现引水工程的特点,对施工及管理中存在的主要问题进行归纳和梳理,提出相应的分析和改进意见,旨在对农村饮水工程施工及运行管理工作的良好开展提供更多的理论参考和借鉴。
The goal of integrated urban and rural development has greatly promoted the improvement of the quality of rural people’s livelihood projects,and the problem of drinking water is the basic guarantee for human survival,the construction of water diversion projects has greatly improved the quality of life of rural residents,so it is necessary to make sufficient backup guarantee for rural drinking water projects.By investigating the current situation of rural drinking water project construction and operation management,this paper summarizes and finds the characteristics of water diversion project,summarizes and sorts out the main problems in construction and management,and puts forward corresponding analysis and improvement suggestions,aiming to provide more theoretical reference for the good development of rural drinking water project construction and operation management.
