摘要
目的 研究分析X线与CT方式检测糖尿病足期间影像表现及对疾病的诊断作用。方法 选取2019年1月—2021年12月于福建中医药大学附属晋江中医院就诊的52例疑似糖尿病足患者,应用X线、CT进行诊断,将临床确诊结果作为糖尿病足诊断的金标准,对比分析两种诊断方式的诊断价值。结果 CT诊断的糖尿病足检出率高于X线,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);CT诊断的准确率、灵敏度高于X线,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);CT诊断的糖尿病足临床表现与临床确诊结果符合率较X线更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 CT诊断糖尿病足的价值更高,行检测后可鉴别糖尿病足临床表现,诊断效果良好。
Objective To study and analyze the imaging manifestations of X-ray and CT in the detection of diabetes foot and the role in the diagnosis of the disease.Methods From January 2019 to December 2021,52 patients with sus⁃pected diabetes foot were selected from Jinjiang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine affiliated to Fujian Univer⁃sity of Traditional Chinese Medicine.X-ray and CT were used for diagnosis.The clinical diagnosis results were taken as the gold standard for the diagnosis of diabetes foot,and the diagnostic value of the two diagnostic methods was com⁃pared and analyzed.Results The detection rate of diabetes foot diagnosed by CT was higher than that of X-ray,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The accuracy and sensitivity of CT diagnosis were higher than that of X ray,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The coincidence rate between the clinical manifesta⁃tions of diabetes foot diagnosed by CT and the results of clinical diagnosis was higher than that of X-ray,and the dif⁃ference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion CT has a higher value in diagnosing diabetes foot.After de⁃tection,the clinical manifestations of diabetes foot can be identified,and the diagnostic effect is good.
