摘要
目的:探讨历代本草文献中关于眩晕辨治的思路,以指导临床辨治用药。方法:检索《中华医典》数据库中本草类的全部文献数据,收集整理眩晕辨治的本草信息。对筛选纳入的本草进行著作收录频次统计。以眩晕辨治病机要素进行分类统计,提取各类本草的辨治论述内容。结果:在76部历代本草专著中,筛选出95味本草。在筛选本草被收录频次中,居前8位者,依次为菊花、防风、天麻、半夏、独活、钩藤、白术、贝母。在以眩晕辨治病机要素本草分类中,可划分为风、痰、湿、郁、虚五类病机要素。结论:眩晕辨治用药以祛风药、祛痰药、化湿药、解郁药、补虚药为主,且互相联合运用;邪扰、郁滞、正虚为眩晕辨治三大特点,符合眩晕邪气作祟、气机郁滞、正虚不足的生理功能紊乱状态。
Objective:To explore the thoughts of differentiation and treatment of vertigo in herbal literature of past dynasties,thus to guide the clinical medication based on syndrome differentiation.Methods:All literature data of Materia Medica in the database of Chinese Medical Dictionary were retrieved,and the information of syndrome differentiation and treatment for vertigo was collected and sorted out.The frequency of the selected works of Materia Medica was counted.According to the classification and statistics of the pathogenesis factors of vertigo,the contents of syndrome differentiation and treatment of the disease intervened by Materia Medica were extracted.Results:Among the 76 monographs on Materia Medica in the past dynasties,95 Materia Medica were selected.Chrysanthemum,Divaricata Saposhnikovia,Rhizoma Gastrodiae,Rhizoma Pinelliae,Radix Angelicae Pubescentis,Uncaria Rhynchophylla,Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae and Fritillaria ranked the top eight in the frequency of selection.In the herbal classification of pathogenic factors based on vertigo syndrome differentiation and treatment,it can be divided into five types of pathogenic factors,which are wind,phlegm,dampness,stagnation and deficiency.Conclusion:Vertigo is mainly treated with wind-dispelling drugs,phlegm-resolving drugs,dampness-removing drugs,stagnation-solving drugs and deficiency-tonifying drugs,which are used in combination with each other.Pathogenic disturbance,stagnation and vital-Qi deficiency are the three characteristics of vertigo,which are in line with the physiological dysfunction of pathogenic factors,Qi stagnation and vital-Qi deficiency.
