摘要
基于河南省7地市432份小麦种植小农户的调研数据,从个体特征、资源禀赋、投入产出、认知程度和外生激励等影响小农户良种选择行为的五类因素入手,运用二元Logistic回归模型对样本小农户良种选择行为及影响因素进行实证研究,进一步探寻影响小农户良种化水平实现的显著性影响因素。结论:相关政策启示着力点应聚焦认知提升和外生激励这两个层面,提出全方位提升小农户认知水平和多步骤促进激励政策落实两个方面的可行性路径。
Based on 432 samples from smallholder farmers who grow wheats in 7 cities in Henan Province,this paper starts from five factors that affect smallholder farmers’selection behaviors,namely individual characteristics,resource endowment,input-output,cognitive level and exogenous incentives.This paper uses binary logistic regression analysis model to conduct an empirical study on the selection behavior of smallholder farmers and further explores the significant influencing factors that affect the realization of the level of improved seeds for smallholder farmers.It concludes that the relevant policies that inspire people should focus on the two aspects of cognitive improvement and exogenous incentives,and this paper puts forward two feasible paths to improve the cognitive level of smallholder farmers in an all-round way and to promote the implementation of incentive policies in multiple steps.
