摘要
本文通过对常用表征活性污泥微生物代谢活性的方法(SOUR、DHA、ETS、ATP)进行阐述,提出了在检测过程中存在的不足及其解决措施,了解其目前在活性污泥微生物监测领域的应用。另外,针对传统检测指标普遍存在的耗时长导致检测结果滞后的局限,对目前国内外活性污泥微生物代谢活性检测新方法(光偏转法、拉曼光谱等)的发展及应用进行综述,为日后污水生物处理系统中微生物代谢活性的快速准确检测新技术的开发及应用提供新思路。
In this paper,the commonly used methods for characterizing the metabolic activity of activated sludge microorganisms(SOUR,DHA,ETS,ATP)are described.The deficiencies in the testing process and their solutions are presented to understand their current applications in the field of activated sludge microbial monitoring.In addition,in view of the limitations of the time consuming traditional detection indexes that lead to lagging re-sults,the development and application of new methods(optical deflection method,Raman spectroscopy,etc.)for the detection of microbial metabolic activity in activated sludge at home and abroad are reviewed to provide new ideas for the development and application of new techniques for rapid and accurate detection of microbial metabolic activity in wastewater biological treatment systems in the future.
