摘要
从体内热毒角度探讨了小儿慢性荨麻疹的病因病机和防治思路。热毒病因有先天胎毒遗热、后天热毒内生、病后热毒未尽,病机为体内热毒蕴结不解,热盛生风,从而引起小儿慢性荨麻疹诸多临床症状,病情反复。治疗上以清热解毒为法,从苦寒清热解毒、凉血清热解毒、清泻脏腑热毒3个方面进行了临床思路探讨和用药分析,以期为中医药治疗小儿慢性荨麻疹拓宽思路。
The etiology,pathogenesis and ideas of prevention and treatment for chronic urticaria in children were discussed from the perspective of internal toxic heat.The etiology of toxic heat was analyzed as follows:congenital residual heat of fetal toxin,endogenous heat of acquired toxic heat and remnants of toxic heat after disease.The pathogenesis is the accumulation of toxic heat in the body and wind due to excessive heat,which causing many clinical symptoms and relapse of chronic urticaria in children.In clinical treatment,the general method of clearing heat and detoxification was put forward from three aspects:clearing heat and detoxifying with bitter and cold medicines,or with cooling blood medicines and clearing heat and detoxifying in viscera,so as to broaden the idea of TCM treatment of chronic urticaria in children.
