区域风光低频相关性互补与高频混合储能平抑的并网方法研究 被引量:12

摘要 风光电场中风光出力的随机性会造成并网的功率波动性,传统调度方法不能有效平抑对并网的负面影响,该文提出一种低频相关性与混合储能高频平抑的风光出力并网平抑方法。根据历史风光出力数据提取出低频分量,以低频段风光出力的相关性实现最大程度的互补,选取与原始数据距离最小的典型场景作为并网功率,从而减小原始出力中的波动性和随机性,中高频用混合储能平抑。算例结果表明,所提方法能够充分利用风光出力低频段的高互补特性,以及混合储能对高频出力的平滑效果,使风光组合并网波动更小,可有效降低风光出力中的不确定性和不规律性对电网侧带来的压力。 The randomness of the wind and solar in the wind and solar farm will cause the power fluctuation of the grid connection, and the traditional scheduling method can not effectively suppress the negative influence on the grid connection. This paper proposes a grid connection of the wind and solar output with low frequency correlation and high frequency stabilization of hybrid energy storage. According to the historical scenery output data, the low-frequency component is extracted, and the correlation of the lowfrequency scenery output is used to achieve maximum complementarity. The typical scene with the minimum distance from the original data is selected as the grid power, so as to reduce the volatility and randomness of the original output, and the mixed energy storage is used to stabilize the medium-high frequency output. The calculation example results show that the proposed method can make full use of the high complementary characteristics of wind and solar output in the low frequency band, and the smoothing effect of hybrid energy storage on high-frequency output, so that the fluctuation of wind and solar combined grid connection is smaller, and the uncertainty in wind and solar output is effectively reduced, and irregularities bring pressure on the grid side.
