摘要
目的:筛选红参三七混合粉的最优灭菌方法。方法:分别采用热压灭菌、干热灭菌、高温瞬时灭菌、钴60辐照灭菌4种方法对红参三七混合粉进行灭菌处理,考察灭菌后微生物及指标成分含量变化情况,并考虑生产效率等。结果:4种灭菌方法均能将药粉灭菌至规定微生物限度范围之内,综合考虑微生物限度、含量、效率等因素,高温瞬时灭菌是最优灭菌工艺。结论:在高温瞬时灭菌条件下,红参三七混合粉的灭菌效果好,转移率高,生产效率高,可作为工业生产的最优工艺。
Objective:Choose the best sterilization method for Panax ginseng and Panax notoginseng mixed powder.Methods:The mixed powder of Panax ginseng and Panax notoginseng mixed powderwas sterilized by hot pressure sterilization,dry heat sterilization,high temperature instantaneous sterilization and cobalt 60 irradiation sterilization,the changes of microbe and the content of index components were investigated,and the production efficiency were considered.Results:The four sterilization methods can sterilize the powder to the specified microbial limit,but considering the microbial limit,content,efficiency and other factors,high-temperature instantaneous sterilization is the best sterilization process.Conclusion:The mixed powder of Panax ginseng and Panax notoginseng has good sterilization effect,high content transfer rate and high production efficiency under the condition of high-temperature instantaneous sterilization.It can be used as the optimal process for industrial production.
