摘要
腹腔镜下胆囊切除术是临床比较常用的手术方法,可治疗多种胆囊疾病,包括胆囊良性隆起样病变、非结石性胆囊炎、无症状胆囊结石及症状性胆囊结石等,治疗效果良好,可较好促进以上疾病恢复。目前,临床已将腹腔镜下胆囊切除术作为治疗胆囊结石的金标准,近年来该手术临床应用越来越广泛,受到了广大患者及临床医护人员的认可。该手术可在腹腔镜直视下完成,可较好显露手术部位,从而更好完成手术,该手术对机体损伤较小,患者手术后恢复更快,住院时间短。腹腔镜下胆囊切除术受到临床重视,同时还应重视手术患者的护理干预,给予该手术患者有效的护理干预,可提高患者手术疗效,降低术后并发症发生率,利于患者术后恢复。该手术患者护理方法较多,主要护理方法包括快速康复外科理念护理、心理护理、手术室护理路径、舒适护理、综合护理、预见性护理、优质护理等,均取得了较好护理效果。本文对腹腔镜下胆囊切除术患者的临床护理进展进行综述,以期为患者的临床护理提供更好的参考方案。
Laparoscopic cholecystectomy is a commonly used surgical method in clinical practice.It can treat a variety of diseases,including benign protuberant lesions of the gallbladder,non-calculous cholecystitis,asymptomatic cholecystolithiasis and symptomatic cholecystolithiasis,etc.The therapeutic effect is good and the recovery of these diseases can be better promoted.At present,laparoscopic cholecystectomy has been clinically regarded as the gold standard for the treatment of gallstones.In recent years,the clinical application of laparoscopic cholecystectomy has been more and more widely and has been recognized by the majority of patients and clinical medical staff.The operation can be completed under laparoscopic direct vision,which can better expose the surgical site,so as to better complete the operation.The operation has less damage to the body,faster recovery after surgery and shorter hospital stay of patients.Laparoscopic cholecystectomy has been paid attention to clinically,meanwhile,attention should also be paid to the nursing intervention of the patients with this operation.Effective nursing intervention for the patients with this operation can improve the surgical efficacy of the patients,reduce postoperative incidence of complications,and promote postoperative recover of patients.There are many nursing methods for patients in this operation,the main nursing methods include rapid rehabilitation surgical concept nursing,psychological nursing,operating room nursing path,comfort nursing,comprehensive nursing,predictive nursing,high-quality nursing,etc.,which have achieved good nursing effects.This article reviews the progress of clinical nursing of patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy,in order to provide the better reference plan for clinical nursing of patients.
