摘要
目的 研究健康教育联合精细化护理运用于急性心肌梗死患者经皮冠状动脉介入治疗围术期中的效果。方法 通过随机数字表法将新乡医学院第一附属医院2020年7月至2021年12月接收的92例急性心肌梗死患者进行分组,研究组46例开展健康教育联合精细化护理,对照组46例接受常规护理,统计两组手术时长、住院天数、医疗费用、不良心血管事件的发生率及对疾病相关知识的掌握程度,护理前后调查遵医行为、抑郁、焦虑自评量表(SDS、SAS)、生活质量,比较两组护理结果。结果 研究组手术时长、住院天数、医疗费用均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组不良心血管事件的发生率(8.70%)低于对照组(23.91%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组掌握度(93.48%)高于对照组(78.26%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组护理前遵医行为、SAS、SDS、生活质量评分,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),研究组护理后的遵医行为、生活质量评分高于对照组,SAS、SDS评分小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 健康教育联合精细化护理的效果更为突出,可缩短住院时长,不良心血管事件的发生率低,同时可改善患者遵医行为,消除患者负性心态,生活质量明显提升。
Objective To study the clinical value of health education and refined nursing during percutaneous coronary intervention for acute myocardial infarction patients.Methods A total of 92 patients with acute myocardial infarction admitted at the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinxiang Medical College from July 2020 to December 2021 were randomly divided into research group(N=46)and control group(N=46)by random number chart method.The research group took the health education and refined nursing;the control group took the routine care.Nursing outcomes were appraised through the operation time,hospital stays,hospitalization costs,adverse event rate,disease knowledge mastery degree,treatment compliance,self-rating depression scale(SDS),self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and life quality scores.Results Compared with control group,the operation time,hospital stays and hospitalization costs in the research group were remarkably reduced,with significant differences(P<0.05);The adverse event rate in the research group(8.70%)was significantly lower than control group(23.91%),with significant difference(P<0.05);The disease knowledge mastery rate in the research group(93.48%)was significantly higher than control group(78.26%),with significant difference(P<0.05);Before care,there were no significant between-group differences about the treatment compliance,SAS,SDS and life quality scores(P>0.05);After care,the treatment compliance and life quality scores in the research group were higher than control group,the SAS and SDS scores were lower than control group,with significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of health education combined with refined nursing is more prominent,which can shorten the hospital stays,with low incidence of adverse cardiovascular events,it also can improve patients'compliance behavior,eliminate the negative mentality of patients,and significantly improve the quality of life.
