应用改良德尔菲法构建中国公众疫苗素养评价指标体系 被引量:5

Construction of an indicator system for evaluating vaccine literacy among the Chinese public using the modified Delphi method

摘要 目的构建中国公众疫苗素养评价指标体系,为开发疫苗素养测量工具和评价标准提供理论依据。方法采用文献分析法和专家访谈法,梳理疫苗素养评价指标池,利用改良的德尔菲法进行两轮专家咨询,筛选评价指标,分析指标评分和权重。结果两轮专家咨询的问卷回收率均为100%,专家权威系数分别为0.82和0.81,专家意见协调系数分别为0.143、0.158(χ^(2)=107.06,P<0.001;χ^(2)=113.85,P<0.001)。第二轮咨询后评价指标的综合评分为4.05-4.75分,标准差为0.38-0.80,满分比为0.20-0.70,变异系数为0.08-0.20。根据综合评分和界值,最终构建的评价指标体系包括3个一级指标、6个二级指标和16个三级指标。在一级指标中,基本知识、基本信念和行为能力的权重分别为0.31、0.37和0.32。结论本研究初步构建了中国公众疫苗素养评价指标体系,具有较高的精度和可靠性,可为开发公众疫苗素养调查量表提供参考。 Objective To construct an indicator system for evaluating vaccine literacy among the Chinese public and provide a theoretical basis for developing vaccine literacy measurement tools and evaluation standards.Methods We screened for candidate indicators for vaccine literacy evaluation by literature review and expert interview and used the modified Delphi method to conduct two rounds of expert consultation for finalizing a set of evaluation indicators and determining their scores and weights.Results Response rates of the experts were 100%in both rounds;authority coefficients were 0.82 in round one and 0.81 in round two,with concordance coefficients of 0.143 and 0.158(χ^(2)=107.06,P<0.001;χ^(2)=113.85,P<0.001).Comprehensive scores were 4.05-4.75,with standard deviations of 0.38-0.80,full score ratios of 0.20-0.70,and coefficients of variation of 0.08-0.20.Based on comprehensive scores and critical values,the final indicator system included 3 primary,6 secondary,and 16 tertiary indicators.In the primary indicators,basic knowledge,basic belief,and behavioral ability weights were 0.31,0.37,and 0.32.Conclusions Using a modified Delphi method,we constructed an indicator system for evaluating vaccine literacy among the Chinese public that had high accuracy and reliability.The system can serve as a reference for developing public vaccine literacy scales.
