摘要
柚子有悠久的种植和食用历史,其果皮含多种活性成分,如黄酮类化合物和活性多糖。在黄酮类化合物中,柚皮素的含量很高,主要有抗炎、抗氧化、抗肿瘤、防治骨质疏松症等功效。现综述了柚皮素的提取、结构衍生和药理作用,以期为柚皮素的进一步研究提供一定的参考。
The cultivation and consumption of pomelo maxima has a long history.Its peel contains many active components,such as flavonoids and active polysaccharides.Among flavonoids,the content of naringenin is very high,which mainly has the effects of anti-inflammatory,antioxidant,anti-tumor,prevention and treatment of osteoporosis and so on.In this paper,the extraction,structure derivation and pharmacological effects of naringenin were reviewed to provide some reference for the further study of naringenin.
