矿用多级联控通风安全控制系统的设计及应用分析 被引量:1

摘要 针对晋能控股集团某矿通风系统现用的有人值守方式存在调控效率低,安全性差的问题,本文研究了一种多级联控通风安全控制系统,基于该系统应具有的主要功能,设计了系统的主要结构,提出了系统关键模块的设计策略,该系统通过把矿井通风系统的通风,控制以及监控集成于一体化,达到了可智能调控通风系统的目的,应用结果表明:当此系统正式投入使用后,不仅能够显著提高矿井通风调控速率,具体可达37.6%,而且还可以有效降低通风机故障率,最高可达85.3%,取得了较好的应用效果,具有一定的推广应用价值。 In view of the problems of low regulation efficiency and poor safety of the current manned ventilation system in a mine of Jinneng Holding Group,this paper studies a multi-level joint control ventilation safety control system.Based on the main functions of the system,the main struc-ture of the system is designed,and the design strategy of the key modules of the system is proposed.The system integrates the ventilation,control and monitoring of the mine ventilation system.The purpose of intelligent control ventilation system has been achieved.The application results show that when the system is put into use,it can not only significantly improve the mine ventilation control rate,specifically up to 37.6%,but also effectively re-duce the fan failure rate,up to 85.3%.It has achieved good application results and has certain promotion and application value.
