摘要
合成氨为高温高压状态下氢及氮于催化剂作用下的合成物,主要应用于化肥制作,对于推动农业发展有重要作用。我国属于农业大国,对于农业化肥的需求量巨大,因此合成氨具有极大的需求市场,探究合成氨催化技术工艺以进一步提升合成氨生产量有利于在更大程度上降低农业生产能耗、提升农业生产率。不仅如此,合成氨在工业发展中也有突出优势,重视合成氨催化技术研究必然能够推动国民经济发展。对此,本文从氨及其应用入手,分析合成氨催化技术及催化工艺进展,并对合成氨催化技术发展趋势予以探究,以期为合成氨催化技术的进步及农业、工业等行业的高质量发展提供资料参考。
Synthetic ammonia is a compound of hydrogen and nitrogen under the action of catalyst under high temperature and pressure,which is mainly used in the production of fertilizer and plays an important role in promoting agricultural development.China is a large agricultural country with a huge demand for agricultural fertilizers,so synthetic ammonia has a huge demand market.Exploring the catalytic technology of synthetic ammonia to further improve the production of synthetic ammonia is conducive to reducing energy consumption in agricultural production and improving agricultural productivity to a greater extent.Not only that,synthetic ammonia also has prominent advantages in industrial development.Paying attention to the research of synthetic ammonia catalytic technology will certainly promote the development of national economy.In this regard,this paper starts with ammonia and its application,analyzes the progress of synthetic ammonia catalytic technology and catalytic process,and explores the development trend of synthetic ammonia catalytic technology,with a view to providing information reference for the progress of synthetic ammonia catalytic technology and the high-quality development of agriculture,industry and other industries.
