摘要
当前制造企业数字化转型能力成熟度评价模型研究普遍存在模型指标颗粒度较粗、缺乏对网络安全建设等维度评价、评价方法较单一等诸多问题,在管理实践中发挥效用有限。基于能力成熟度模型构建方法、价值链等理论,分析制造企业数字化转型的实际情况和阶段特征、关注重点,提出了一套覆盖制造企业全价值链业务活动、可根据评价应用场景进行灵活调整的评价模型。模型由能力要素、一级指标、二级指标组成的指标体系和5个能力成熟度等级组成。应用模型开展评价时,采用AHP-DEMATEL、模糊综合评价算法等进行指标权重设置与成熟度计算。该模型具有模型覆盖范围广、指标细化程度高、评价方法科学合理等优点,可为制造企业数字化转型评价提出广泛适用的分析依据与应用途径。
The present digital transformation capability maturity model of manufacturing enterprises has been proved to have problems due to the rough description of indicators and lack of the evaluation of network security dimension,as well as the simple evaluation methods,which led to limited function in management practice.With the reference of CMM framework and theory of value chain,etc.,a new digital transformation capability maturity evaluation model of manufacturing enterprises,which covered the whole process of value chain and could be adjusted quickly and flexibly to satisfy the needs of the evaluation in different scenarios,was presented by analyzing the reality activities,characteristics and focus of manufacturing enterprises nowadays in the process of digital transformation.The model was composed of indicator system with the capacity factors,one-level and two-level indicators,as well as five maturity levels in the rating scale.Throughout the evaluation process,the weights of indicators were determined by AHP-DEMATEL and the total grade and score were calculated by the fuzzy comprehensive method.With the wide coverage area,specified indicators and comprehensive methods of quantitative analysis in a scientific and reasonable way,the new model provided the widely applicable analysis basis and approaches to application for digital transformation evaluation of manufacturing enterprises.
