摘要
本文通过从理论到实践的深入思考,对基层公共图书馆“在乡村、接地气、面对面”的公共特质与其主动融入乡村振兴战略的现实意义、责任担当的理性分析,分别从增强发展自信、激发内生动力、优化整合资源、主动融入产业、开展品牌活动5个方面,系统阐释了基层公共图书馆助推乡村振兴战略的实现路径,对于公共图书馆今后如何融入新型农村建设,满足广大农民知识信息需求都将具有一定的积极意义和参考价值。
Through in-depth thinking from theory to practice,this paper makes a rational analysis of the public characteristics of grass-roots public library,which are“in the countryside,down to earth,and face to face”,and the practical significance and responsibility of its actively integrating into the rural revitalization strategy,systematically expounds the realization path of grass-roots public library boosting rural revitalization from the five aspects of enhancing development confidence,stimulating internal power,optimizing and integrating resources,actively integrating into the industry,and carrying out brand activities.It will have certain positive significance and reference value for how to integrate public library into the new rural construction and meet farmers knowledge and information needs in the future.
