1起黄蓝金刚鹦鹉蜡状芽孢杆菌感染的诊疗

Diagnosis and treatment of one case of Bacillus cereus infection of Yellow-Blue Macaw

摘要 昆明某鹦鹉观赏园的一个鹦鹉群出现不同程度的腹泻情况,发病鹦鹉排白色、绿色稀粪或水样粪便,采取治疗后病情依旧反复,不能痊愈。根据临床症状,采集一症状较严重的黄蓝金刚鹦鹉泄殖腔棉拭子,进行细菌分离培养、16S rRNA基因序列同源性分析及药敏试验。结果显示,该鹦鹉粪便中分离获得1株具溶血性、有芽孢的革兰氏阳性杆菌,与Bacillus cereus B4同源性为99.86%,对复方新诺明、阿米卡星、卡那霉素、磺胺异亚唑、多西环素、诺氟沙星、头孢哌酮、头孢拉定、阿莫西林等9种抗生素均表现耐药。采用自拟复方中药,夏枯草、白芍、党参、茯苓、山药、白术、黄芪等饮片打细粉,拌料投喂治疗。治疗7 d后,患病鹦鹉临床症状消失,饮食、精神状况逐渐恢复正常;治疗14 d后,鹦鹉群内未出现再次腹泻的情况。 A group of parrots in a parrot park in Kunming developed diarrhea to varying degrees. The sick parrots excreted white and green loose feces or watery feces. After treatment, the disease continued to repeat and could not be cured.According to the clinical symptoms, a cloaca cotton swab of Yellow-Blue Macaw with severe symptoms was collected for bacterial isolation and culture, 16S rRNA gene sequence homology analysis and drug sensitivity test. The results showed that a strain of Gram-positive Bacillus with hemolytic and spore-bearing was isolated from the feces of the parrot. The homology with Bacillus cereus B4 was 99.86%. It was resistant to nine antibiotics, including cotrimoxazole, amicacin,kanamycin, sulfamisoazole, doxycycline, norfloxacin, cefoperazone, cefradine and amoxicillin. The self-designed compound Chinese medicine was used to make fine powder of Prunella, white peony, codonopsis codonopsis, poria cocos,Chinese yam, white rhizoma atractylodes, astragalus and other decoction pieces, and the mixture was fed to treat the disease. After 7 d of treatment, the clinical symptoms disappeared and the diet and mental state gradually returned to normal. After 14 d of treatment, there was no recurrence of diarrhea in the parrots.
