摘要
随着城镇化快速推进和社会经济迅速发展,很多城市既面临城市水资源短缺的困境,又面临污水处理厂尾水无处可排的窘境。以宿迁泗洪城北污水处理厂生态安全缓冲区为例,阐释生态安全缓冲区既能净化水质,又能带来良好的生态效益和社会效益,应用前景广阔。
With the rapid advancement of urbanization and the rapid development of social economy,many cities will not only face the dilemma of urban water shortage,but also the dilemma of no place to discharge the tail water of sewage treatment plants.Taking the ecological safety buff er zone of Suqian Sihong Chengbei Sewage Treatment Plant as an example,this paper explains that the ecological safety buff er zone can not only purify water quality,but also bring good ecological and social benefi ts,and has broad application prospects.
