摘要
对当代高校来说,提高教师师德师风建设水平是高校发展的重要基础,也是高校教育水平和管理能力加强的集中体现。高校教师不仅要致力于学生专业知识和技能方面的教育,还应该重点对学生开展品德教育,帮助学生树立正确的价值观,运用高尚的师德师风在潜移默化中熏陶学生,促进学生综合发展。对当代高校教师师德师风建设现状进行分析,深入探究了高校教师师德师风建设优化路径,希望能对广大高校及教师师德师风建设提供一定的借鉴和参考。
For contemporary colleges and universities,improving the construction level of teachers'ethics is not only an important foundation for development,but also the concentrated embodiment of the education level and management ability of colleges and universities.College teachers should not only devote themselves to the education of professional knowledge and skills,but also focus on moral education of students,helping them establish correct values,and using noble teachers'ethics to nurture students imperceptibly and promote their comprehensive development.The article analyzes the current situation of the construction of teachers'ethics in contemporary colleges and universities,and deeply explores the specific optimization path,hoping to provide some reference for colleges and universities and teachers.
