摘要
目的探讨雨课堂在医工交叉类专业医学伦理学课程教学中的应用方式及效果。方法选取两届医工交叉相关专业本科生作为研究对象,对照组采用传统方式教学,实验组采用雨课堂教学,由同一教师完成授课,采用无记名问卷调查评估教学效果。结果实验组的学生自主学习意愿和对课程总体评价高于对照组(P<0.05);雨课堂考勤、课堂答题互动、查看教学资源三种功能获得的认可度最高(>50%);学生认为雨课堂有效提升了课堂参与度和课堂互动(>60%)。结论基于雨课堂的智慧教学模式能够有效提升医工交叉类专业医学伦理学课程质量和教学效果。在应用智慧教学工具时应充分发挥教师的主观能动性,基于课程性质、工具特点和学生需求进行教学设计与改革。
Objective To explore the application and effectiveness of medical ethics teaching based on rain classroom for medicine-engineering interdisciplinary major.Methods Undergraduate students from two grades in medicine-engineering interdisciplinary major were selected.Traditional teaching method was applied in the control group while rain classroom teaching was applied in the experimental group.All teaching were completed by the same teacher.The teaching effectiveness was evaluated by anonymous questionnaire survey.Results The experimental group was higher than the control group in the evaluation of self-study willingness and the overall course(P<0.05).Sign-in,interactive test in class and teaching resources viewing are the most recognized functions by students(>50%).More than 60%of the students thought that rain class teaching could improve interaction and enrollment in class effectively.Conclusion Intelligent teaching based on rain classroom can significantly improve the quality and teaching effectiveness of medical ethics course for medicine-engineering interdisciplinary major.Teachers'subjective initiative should be fully performed and teaching design and reform should be carried out based on course natures,tool features and student needs when applying intelligent teaching tools.
