摘要
采用体外细胞和人体实验相结合,研究一种保湿修护霜对人体足部皮肤的保湿修护功效。结果表明,组合物溶液在浓度800μg/mL及以下对HaCaT细胞活力无显著影响,剂量为100μg/mL、200μg/mL溶液均能降低SDS致损HaCaT细胞损伤,且二者呈现一定的剂量依赖性(P<0.05)。使用组合物4周后,仪器测量客观结果显示受试者足部皮肤角质层水分含量、TEWL值、角质层剥落数、皮肤粗糙度和皮肤平滑度较使用前皆有改善,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),受试者主观反馈足部皮肤的滋润感、平滑感、干燥感减少、鳞屑减少和降低皮肤粗糙度认同感均超过84%。上述结果表明该组合物具有保湿和修护功效。
Using in vitro cell and human trials,the combination of research a kind of moisture nutrition cream of foot skin moisturizing repair function to the human body.Results show that the composite solution in concentrations of less than 800μg/mL had no significant effect on HaCaT cell vitality.Presence at the dose 100μg/mL and 200μg/mL concentration conditions could markedly prevent cell damage induced by SDS,and an obvious dosage-response relationship was observed(P<0.05)Using a combination of 4 weeks later,the objective instruments result shows that the subjects of foot skin stratum corneum moisture content,TEWL value,the number of corneous layer peeling off,the roughness of the skin Subject subjective feedback of foot skin moist,smooth feeling,dry feeling reduce,scales and reduce skin roughness identity are more than 84%.The results show that the composite has the moisturizing and repairing effect.
