摘要
液相色谱质谱联用是一门可同时对物质进行快速定性定量分析的技术。本文概述了近年来液相色谱质谱联用技术在烟草行业中的各种应用,使用该技术不仅分离能力强、分析速度快,还具有检测限低、灵敏度高等特点,可为我国烟草化学分析检测和产品质量控制工作提供参考。最后提出了目前烟草化学分析工作所面临的问题,并指出液相色谱质谱联用技术在烟草其他研究领域的发展趋势。
Liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry(LC-MS)is an advanced technology for rapid qualitative and quantitative analysis of substances at the same time..This paper summarized the various applications of LC/MS in tobacco industry in recent years.It had the characteristics of strong separation ability,fast and high analysis speed,low detection limit and excellent sensitivity,which could provide reference for chemical analysis and testing of tobacco and product quality control in China.Next,the challenges we faced by the current tobacco chemical analysis work were discussed,and the development trend of LC/MS technology in other tobacco research fields was pointed out.
